Career Opportunity We are currently seeking qualified individuals to join our Care team as a Resource Coordinator! This position plays a vital role in supporting the needs of our diverse member base across pediatric and adult audiences. As a Resource Coordinator, you will collect, synthesize, coordinate, and provide detailed and accurate resources or information, enabling our members to make informed care decisions for themselves or their loved ones. In this role, you will engage with various external stakeholders, such as healthcare professionals, dependent care providers, and community resource advocates, while working collaboratively with your team to provide seamless support delivery to our caregiving members. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in case management, social services or the medical/health and human services field.
