What We DoThe Senior Exam Management Analyst role is to manage the overall due diligences requests, rating agency reviews, third-party compliance reviews and GSE & agency compliance reviews (USDA, FHA, GNMA, FHLMC and FNMA) requests process from preparation to resolution. This role may require direct regulator, agency and/or client interaction.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

  • Manage the internal preparation process for regulatory exams, ensuring that all relevant documentation, records, and information are collected and organized.
  • Liaise with various departments to collect and verify necessary information.
  • Provide training and guidance with business partners to set expectations during the exam process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and regulatory examiners
  • Track and resolve any issues that arise during the examination process, ensuring a smooth flow of the process
  • Escalate as needed to ensure timeframes and requirements are met
  • Track common responses and documentation to maintain updated repository of regulatory information often required for exam and due diligence fulfillment
  • Prepare internal reports for senior management on the status and outcomes of regulatory exams
  • Facilitate post-exam debriefs to review results and implement any required changes

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 - 5 years of experience responding to GSE and agency reviews (FHLMC, FNMA, FHA) reviews
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage documentation and/or servicing practices.
  • Working knowledge of relevant industry regulations.
  • Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
  • Ability to promptly produce high-quality, accurate and detailed work product
  • Experience with GNMA Compliance Review is preferred
  • Black Knight MSP experience preferred

Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to review and comprehend regulatory requirements and requests
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to manage and meet competing deadlines
  • Working knowledge of relevant industry regulations

Salary Range: $27.40 - $36.53 Hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
