With Agentforce, organizations can bring humans together with agents to drive customer success-powered by AI, data, and action. And, we empower you to be a Agentblazer, too - driving your performance, career growth, and charting new paths. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good - you've come to the right place.

Salesforce is hiring an experienced executive communications professional to lead communications programs for our Chief People Officer and Chief Equality and Engagement Officer. This person will drive communication planning and execution for them, collaborating across matrixed stakeholders and teams. We're looking for a strategic thinker who can build strong relationships across our company, connect ideas and information from a broad landscape, and get the job done. Strong writing skills are a must to deliver and land relevant, authentic multi-channel narratives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated comms strategies for Chief People Officer and Chief Equality & Engagement Officer.

  • Write and maintain holistic narratives for the CPO and CEEO.

  • Act as a trusted advisor on complex issues, both communications-related and beyond. See around corners. Understand market trends and how we should be tapping into them to drive relevance.

  • Work cross-functionally with CPO and CEEO teams, Salesforce PR, employee comms, marketing, and international comms teams to develop strong, informed executive platforms that connect to our company priorities.

  • Drive content creation, including newsroom articles, blog posts, executive bylines, social media, and internal communications.

  • Support the CPO and CEEO on company-wide campaigns and events (e.g., Dreamforce, World Tours)

Requirements:

  • Highly organized and energetic leader with at least 10+ years of communications experience

  • Proven track record of leading complex, enterprise-wide and cross-functional communications programs in a fast-paced environment.

  • No ego, high adaptability-willing to roll up sleeves, take on diverse tasks, and support the broader comms team as needed.

  • Strong executive presence and the ability to confidently engage with seasoned executives. Ability to educate stakeholders on communications strategies and influence decision making.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and content development skills, with experience capturing an executive's unique voice and crafting messaging on their behalf.

  • Strong project management skills, able to drive complex, multi-stakeholder announcements and initiatives.

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and pivot as needed.

This role is hybrid and goes into the office 3 days per week.
