Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven individual to join our team as a Human Resources Coordinator based in our Austin, TX office. This role plays a key part in supporting our HR Talent Team by partnering with the business to build strong talent pipelines and fostering relationships with colleges and universities. The candidate will assist our team in dailiy recruiting and support activities.


Responsibilities

  • Assist hiring managers with the job requisition creation process. Input necessary data into Applicant Tracking System.
  • Create, audit and manage the job description database.
  • Assist hiring managers and recruiters during the recruitment process.
  • Follow up on background checks, physicals & drug tests.
  • Monitor, audit and communicate onboarding activities with hiring managers and recruiters.
  • Assist in scheduling candidates for interviews with hiring managers, including phone, in-person and virtual when required.
  • Source and conduct initial interviews for intern candidates.
  • Create and distribute reports for Talent Acquisition and ensure accuracy of data.
  • Become an expert with our Applicant Tracking System and train current and new employees when necessary.
  • Special projects such as administrating college job fairs, building relationships through outreach, and supporting recruitment functions for our intern program.
  • Facilitating company engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 2 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.
  • Knowledge and experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships.
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills with a history of successful conflict resolution.
  • Highly self-motivated, able to work fairly autonomously with general direction.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Work Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Must have excellent time management and organizational skills in order to accomplish numerous tasks and assignments.
  • Takes initiative and has a strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent customer focus (internal & external)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or Communications
  • Experience with college recruiting or related activities is a plus.

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
