How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

You will manage the cylinder fill plant to ensure timely distribution of product to customers and branches, and will train and develop assigned personnel. This position will be based in Grand Prairie, TX.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00 pm. With extended hours as needed.

  • Must regularly lift up to 60 pounds and move more than 125 pounds with the aid of material handling equipment.

  • Coordinate cylinder requirements with region branches.

  • Responsible for conducting timely and quality performance appraisals of assigned personnel.

  • Analyze plant budget to identify areas in which efficiencies can be obtained and production costs reduced and then allocate operating budget.

  • Follow and maintain all FDA, OSHA, EPA, DOT requirements and regulations.

  • Associate's Degree (A.A. or A.S) or equivalent and minimum of five (5) years industry related experience and/or training is required.

  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience is required.

  • Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position is not open for non-immigrant visa sponsorship.

  • Valid Driver's License is required

  • Ability to become forklift certified is required.

  • Good computer skills are required.

  • Ability to read and comprehend Safety Data Sheets and all other written communications is required.
