Inside Sales Specialist

Location:

• Consistently increases sales revenue through outbound calls, email campaigns, and inside sales opportunities.
• Demonstrates quality customer service attributes maximizing the Airgas Customer Experience.
• Creates quotations and other paperwork for set up of new accounts
• Follow-up with branches, customers, and prospective customers as needed in order to move the sales and/or service process forward.
• Participate in other sales related activities, lead generation, profit driven sales assignments.
• Other projects as required
• Track tank inspection data using Excel
• Participates in assigned Sales Training and Development initiatives.
• Keep daily records of performance and produce a weekly report of results and accomplishments to Manager.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• 2+ years of outbound phone sales experience preferred
• Working experience with computer customer contact and order entry systems
• Strong grasp of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Access, Outlook. Google Kite a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, sense of urgency, well organized, ability to focus and pay attention to detail.
• Effective rapport building and follow-up skills.
