We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Senior Human Resources Manager to lead all HR-related functions for the Anesthesia Foundation. This role will act as a key resource for Physicians and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs), providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, and leave administration. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in employee benefits, leave management, and regulatory compliance, along with a strong commitment to employee service and process improvement. This is a hybrid role with an onsite requirement of 3 days each week. Key Responsibilities Leave Administration:
