Multi-Site Supervisor/ Sr - Guymon, OK

Duties: Plan, direct, and coordinate day-to-day farm activities and staff to ensure all daily and weekly production targets are met. Train employees on day-to-day processes and procedures, develop a competent workforce by utilizing hands-on training methods, providing constructive and timely feedback, and offering opportunities for individual growth. Perform audits of the farm to ensure all standard operating procedures are being followed and facilities are in good working condition. Maintain accurate records and reports of animals, personnel, and supplies on the farm. Ensure health and safety of employees and animals at the facility, submit detailed reports, and track feed and ration staging for animals. Manage all controllable cost, including supplies, labor, medication, etc. Create and manage employee work schedules. Supervises 5 employees. Has authority to hire/fire as needed.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Medicine and Agricultural Engineering, Animal Science or Husbandry, or related field, plus two years of related swine experience. Experience must include at least one year of management duties in a swine farm of at least 30,000 head, and experience following detailed standard operating procedures. Must have experience training employees on day-to-day processes and developing a competent workforce. Experience required ensuring biosecurity protocols are followed. Experience required maintaining animal welfare and the environment. Must have experience performing audits to ensure that standard operating procedures are being followed and facilities are in good working condition. Experience required maintaining accurate records and reports of animals, personnel, and supplies. Must have experience creating and managing employee work schedules and conducting permanence evaluations. Must have experience submitting orders for farm supplies and maintenance needs. Must have experience writing routine reports and correspondence. Must have experience managing controllable facility costs. Must have experience managing four or more animal caretakers for finishing multi-sites. Must have good communication skills in English. Daily travel required to local farms.
