This is a hybrid role, offering three days onsite at our headquarters in Oak Brook, IL and two days remote. Job Summary This is a role within Chamberlain Group's Human Resources group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Provide strategic and operational leadership in the design, development, implementation, administration and communication of global compensation programs including base pay, incentives, sales compensation, executive compensation, perquisites and other recognition programs, and (ii) Ensure the market competitiveness and cost effectiveness of our compensation plans align with our business strategy and optimize our ability to attract and retain top talent. Requires 8+ years of relevant work experience and a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Provide strategic and operational leadership in the design, development, implementation, administration and communication of global compensation programs including base pay, incentives, sales compensation, executive compensation, perquisites and other recognition programs * Ensure the market competitiveness and cost effectiveness of our compensation plans align with our business strategy and optimize our ability to attract and retain top talent * Lead job analysis process and market-pricing methodology * Manage our global supplier relationships, contracts and performance * Lead annual compensation planning and communication * Ensure all regulatory compliance requirements are met for compensation programs globally * Implement compensation programs that enhance the employee value proposition and support best-in-class talent programs and processes * Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams. * Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential. * Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. * Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed. Talent Analytics Responsibilities * Oversee workforce data collection, analysis, and visualization to inform HR decisions * Leverage analytics platforms to enhance accessibility and timeliness of talent insights * Work closely with HR partners, IT, and business leaders to integrate analytics into decision-making Leadership Responsibilities * Motivate and lead a high-performance team by attracting, developing, engaging and retaining team members * Drive the performance management and compensation processes by communicating job expectations, monitoring and evaluating performance, providing feedback and facilitating employee development per the company's policies * Maintain transparent communication by appropriately communicating organization information to team through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, appropriate email, IM and regular interpersonal communications * Lead and motivate individuals and teams to create a workplace culture that is consistent with the Chamberlain Group mission, vision and values. Minimum Qualifications Education/Certifications: * Bachelor's Degree Experience: * 8+ years of relevant work experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Advanced Excel skills The payrange for this position is $123,600 - $199,275; base payoffered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
