We are seeking an engaged, communicative, passionate "people-person" to join our team as People & Talent Recruitment Coordinator. This role provides a tremendous opportunity to gain hands on experience and familiarity with NEW evolved leading People Systems, programs, project management and people strategy. The Talent Support Coordinator will provide critical pre and post hire administrative & operational support - serving as the first point of contact for all employees seeking opportunities with Occasions Catering (Restaurant Associates). You're truly the face of our dynamic team, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. A critical support partner to operations leadership, you'll take ownership of hiring, onboarding, training, and administrative support processes in support of the "people process" efforts.
Essential function, duties & responsibilities: Develop & lead day to day People tactical support, programs and compliance where necessary- which may include and not inclusive of: People Hub inquiries and maintenance, hourly recruitment & job fairs, new hire welcome meetings, orientation, training programs/guides, Compass HR Service Center inquiries, training such as CHAT, employee engagement survey, and reporting for legal compliance. Our People & Talent Coordinator assists with internal & external communication efforts. They reespond to inquires from management, associates, co-workers - directs or handles as needed. Explains HR polices, procedures, practices, and programs. Keeps R/A Corporate People Services Team up-to-date of all pertinent related matters as appropriate. Attends Catering events and assists teams on site as needed. May assist in other duties as needed and required. Please note this is an onsite position supporting a 7-day operation, with working weekends as necessitated by business needs. Requirements:
