Job Summary

The SS9 Modernization Lead role is pivotal in driving the technical success of our projects. With a focus on containerization Kafka and database technologies the candidate will leverage their expertise in Spring Boot and AWS to develop robust solutions. This remote position requires a deep understanding of field work operations ensuring seamless integration and optimization of processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable applications using container technologies to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
• Utilize Kafka for real-time data processing and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
• Design and optimize Oracle-SQL and PostgreSQL databases to support application requirements and improve data retrieval performance.
• Lead the development of microservices architecture using Spring Boot to ensure modular and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AWS services enhancing application scalability and security.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code standards are maintained.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous system availability.
• Implement best practices for DevOps and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes and reduce time-to-market.
