Assembly Technician

Join Staffmark and step into a hands-on role with a leading company in the semiconductor and microchip assembly industry. We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Assembly Technician ready to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Pay Rate: $24/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic mechanical and sub-assembly tasks
• Assemble semiconductor and microchip components with precision
• Conduct leak testing to ensure product integrity
• Use hand and power tools to complete assembly operations
• Read and follow detailed work instructions accurately
• Maintain quality standards throughout all stages of the assembly process
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Cable and harness assembly experience is a plus

Qualifications:

• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and meet productivity standards
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and accuracy-driven environment
• Willingness to work across departments as needed
• Ability to read labels and documentation
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs
• Team-oriented mindset
