Overview
Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing team! In this high-impact Human Resources role, you'll deliver core HR functions that align seamlessly with business objectives within a dedicated business unit. Acting as a strategic partner, you'll advise managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters-building trust, solving challenges, and creating pathways for employee growth and retention. You'll play a key role in shaping a positive workplace culture by implementing programs that support the company's strategic goals. To succeed, you'll bring a deep understanding of business operations, strong team collaboration, and the emotional intelligence to navigate sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion. Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field. * 5-8 years of related experience. * SHRM-CP preferred. * Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
