Your Impact
As an Events Coordinator, you will be based in our New York office as part of our dynamic team. This team collaborates closely with the Events Specialists, New York leaders, and stakeholders to support the execution of the local strategy for colleague engagement and connectivity.
You will coordinate and execute a variety of events, including leadership meetings, client events, office-wide celebrations, and community service initiatives. Your responsibilities will include planning and delivering marquee events such as Partner Meetings, Office Retreats, Summer Values Celebration, Holiday Parties, Alumni Events, and Retirement Celebrations. You will manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, catering, and audiovisual needs, ensuring all details are executed seamlessly. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks, including vendor onboarding, expense reconciliation, invoice processing, and related responsibilities.
Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors to secure high-quality services and cost-effective contracts will be a key part of your role. You will also support event communications, including invitations, reminders, RSVP tracking, and post-event surveys, to ensure strong participation and feedback.
