Salary Range: $68,640 - $70,100 The Appointee will identify, coordinate, and oversee the development and deployment of Foreign National ATIP Manuals, encompassing both classified and unclassified versions tailored to multiple Foreign National customers. Each manual will be developed in alignment with specific country requirements and security protocols. Funding for ATIP documentation support will be provided independently by each respective Foreign National country. This role requires an engineering-oriented approach with a strong focus on the F/A-18 C/D/E/F and EA-18G platforms, as well as a working knowledge of the Integrated Product Team (IPT) and Aircraft Workload (AWL) processes Essential Job Functions: Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment. Interface with International Programs IPT team members to coordinate documentation schedules, modifications and deliveries. Contribute to F/A-18 International Programs process improvement activities and task team internal reviews. Develop and maintain an up-to-date understanding of all F/A-18 International Programs project requirements and NAWCWD processes as defined in applicable documentation. Interact daily with the customer and all necessary NAWCWD organizations. Required Skills: Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. HS diploma/GED plus 8 years of experience. Will also consider an Associate degree with 2 + years of relevant experience, or a Bachelors Hold and maintain a Secret security clearance. Maintain access to classified IT systems; i.e. SIPR, AlphaNet and DataWarehouse. Ability to work with superiors and peers both independently and as a team with attention to detail. Proficient with computer systems, word processor, spread sheet, presentation, and data bases. Practical experience with F/A-18 functionality; ability to develop, review and/or edit technical documents. Configuration Management/Data Management experience. Desired skills: Prior FA-18 & EA18G Safe-for-Flight or Multi-systems Quality Assurance Representative (QAR). Familiarity with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and Export Compliance. Understanding of MS Word linked styles, captions and cross-referencing when building technical documents. Experience with Adobe Pro for converting files and editing within a final PDF file. Experience with MS Office products. Experience handling of classified data, both electronically and hard copy. |
