Position Title: Maintenance Tech

Wage: $29-$37/hour

Shift: 1st, 2nd

Hours: 6am-2pm, 10pm-6am

As a Maintenance Technician - Level 3, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing company equipment, buildings, and grounds. You will handle electrical and mechanical projects, troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems, and lead maintenance projects while ensuring compliance with safety and quality guidelines.

Maintenance Tech Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Perform electrical and mechanical upgrades to equipment

- Conduct product changeovers on various machine centers, including Flexographic Printing Presses and packaging equipment

- Diagnose, adjust, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment

- Execute preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and updates in the tracking systems

- Lead and mentor lower-level technicians

- Foster a positive team environment while adhering to GMP and SQF guidelines

Maintenance Tech Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of related maintenance experience or a score of 69 or above on the Ramsey Main Test

- Strong skills in machining and electrical troubleshooting

- Industrial Electrician with a State of WI Master Electrical License, experience in PLC, HMI, VSD, and Servo Motion preferred

- Associate degree in Electro/Mechanical or a related field is preferred

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

- Comfortable with standing, walking, and working at various heights
