We are seeking experienced candidates with a passion for providing excellent Member service for the position of Assistant Branch Manager, Washington, DC. This role is responsible for assisting the Branch Manager with the day-to-day management and business development of the DC branches. This includes but is not limited to coaching and training branch staff, ensuring consistent excellent Member service, and identifying business development opportunities in the branch's local market.
