Manager, Data Visualization

Your Role

The Advanced Analytics team delivers data visualization solutions using Tableau to support strategic decision-making. The Manager of Data Visualization will report to the Director of Advanced Analytics. In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of data visualization solutions that empower business leaders to make data-driven decisions. Your work will directly influence strategic initiatives by transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights using Tableau and other tools. Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Requires at least 7 years prior relevant experience, including 3 years of management experience gained as a team leader, supervisor or project/program manager
• Requires proven experience leading teams in the development of Tableau dashboards and enterprise-level data visualization solutions
• Requires strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, and analytics best practices
• Experience working in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries preferred
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure, or AWS preferred
• Requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
