Senior IAM Engineer

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Senior IAM Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Senior IAM Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing identity and access management solutions to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems. This role requires supporting and maintaining operations. Moreover, a deep understanding of IAM technologies and protocols, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills.

This position offers multiple work arrangements: on-site at our facility in Elkton, Maryland, hybrid or fully remote work allowed in most locations within the United States, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.

Pay and Benefits:



  • $185,000 - $197,000 per year
  • Roles above $150k are eligible for the variable pay program each fiscal year, based on defined business performance metrics.

Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement IAM solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and directory services
  • Integrate IAM solutions with existing systems and applications to ensure seamless access and security
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for IAM systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Ensure IAM solutions comply with security policies, standards, and conduct regular security assessments
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for IAM solutions, processes, and procedures
  • Work closely with other IT teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective IAM solutions


Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, preferred or relevant equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in IAM or related fields
  • Proficiency in IAM technologies and protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, PKI), and experience with IAM tools (e.g., MS Entra, Ping Identity, SailPoint)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to travel 5%



Desired Qualifications:



  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus
  • Technical knowledge of Davinci Orchestration
