Job Details The HRIS Business Analyst is responsible for supporting and optimizing Jefferson's Time and Attendance application (Workforce Software) and the end-to-end payroll process in Workday. This role serves as a critical liaison between HR business operations and system capabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational policies, pay practices, and compliance standards.
