TEKsystems in partnership with a leading healthcare client, is in search of a Clerical Support Specialist in Lake Mary, Florida! There are two different but similar roles for these positions: 1) CIOX Platform Support Specialist * They will help manage their ROI CIOX platform. * Their work will be online as Ciox is the 3rd party between the facilities. * They will upload records to the portal, providing any sort of portal navigation needed, paying records to the portal, and also downloading and processing records that they need. * They will be a big part of the Quality Control. * Does the record outline what is in the subpoena from their clients? Then they will notate it in the system and get the retrieval team to send it back to the clients. * They will be responding to internal and external clients to make sure they have what they need. * someone who has a medical records Experience * Working medical records in a doctor's office, hospital, etc. Or if anyone was strong in working through a Portal, that is a good way to do it. * Familiar with PDF, Excel, and Microsoft. 2) Physical Record Support Specialist * This individual will be very similar, but just not platform-related. Just electronically taking in faxes and emails to process health records. * Their team navigates the records, gets checks processed, and submits requests for additional records. * They will also go through the physical mail as well where they will be getting CDs and data in the mail with records or requests on them to process. Skills Phone support, Customer service, Data entry, Technical knowledge, Troubleshooting, medical records management, quality check, quality assurance, Insurance Records, electronic health record, electronic medical record Additional Skills & Qualifications Computer or Portal experience, Excel, Microsoft, Etc. Understanding of Medical Records or specific records where the data has to be correct Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
