Batching/Blending Associate

Are you detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to join a fast-paced production environment? Staffmark is hiring a Batching/Blending Associate for our partner company in Manor, TX. If you have a strong work ethic and experience in production, especially in the alcohol or beverage industry, we'd love to connect with you!

Pay: $21-$25/hr (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Batch and blend liquid ingredients according to specifications
• Operate pumps, valves, control systems, and forklifts
• Conduct basic lab tests and document results
• Load/unload barrel trucks and manage related paperwork
• Perform CIP (Clean-in-Place) procedures and follow GMP guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and assist with troubleshooting
• Follow all safety protocols and complete assigned tasks

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Production experience (alcohol/beverage industry preferred)
• Forklift experience required
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand/walk throughout the shift
• Willingness to work at multiple locations in the Austin/Manor area
• Commitment to safety and company policies
