About this role
As a Scientific Partnerships Lead, you'll collaborate with clients, the Epidemiology and Statistics, and Commercial Teams to identify and sell impactful studies and software solutions. From pre-sales and proposals to contracts and kick-off meetings, you'll ensure team alignment and client satisfaction as we deliver projects with excellence.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with clients to define analytical requirements, assessing whether standard methodologies or custom analytics best address business objectives.
- Design and document tailored analytic solutions in collaboration with epidemiology and/or statistics teams to present technical approaches and value propositions while addressing methodological considerations.
- Oversee project initiation, ensuring seamless transitions to epidemiology and analytics teams for execution, and maintaining accountability for timelines and client satisfaction.
- Partner with epidemiologists and statisticians to align study design with research questions, where those teams will apply advanced analytics to generate robust, evidence-based insights.
- Contribute to business growth by supporting development of technical marketing content and facilitating strategic client engagement at industry conferences.
- Develop strategy to support epidemiology and statistics growth and maintain pipeline opportunities via Sales Force
What You'll Bring
- MPH or MSc in Epidemiology, Population Health, or a related field and 3+ years of experience working with real-world data (RWD)
- Proven ability to engage with epidemiology and statisticians to develop proposals that embrace principled approaches to conducting comparative effectiveness and safety studies.
- Experience in consulting, project leadership, and/or commercial roles in life sciences or related industries that demonstrate expertise in using RWD to generate evidence for a broad range of stakeholders.
- Strong client-facing skills with a track record of delivering compelling, data-driven presentations.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales or performance targets.
- Strong oral and written communication skills to communicate proposals and solutions to the team
- Understanding of sales processes and client engagement strategies.
- Proven critical and strategic thinker with an ability to transfer big picture ideas into actionable plans
- Strong network within the life sciences and clinical research communities

Total Rewards
The salary estimated for this position is $150,000-$190,000 + bonus + benefits. Compensation will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Actual compensation will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.
