Sales Operations Specialist- Dot on Demand

Location: Mt. Sterling, IL; Chesterfield, MO

Reports To: Sales Manager Dot on Demand

Salary Range: $53,472 to $80,208 annually, plus bonus opportunity

As a Sales Operations Specialist for Dot on Demand, you will help increase Dot's product offering and fulfillment solutions with our customers in all channels of our business. This is accomplished by supporting the Dot on Demand team to help them increase distributor sales reps (DSRs) users on Dot website, increasing Choco distributor sign-ups, assisting in product integration, and supporting marketplace activity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work in conjunction with outside sales to generate and support Dot on Demand sales opportunities.
• Support DSR website trainings.
• Assist in lead generation for Choco.
• Improve order guide management for marketplace and Dot on Demand opportunities.
• Navigate customer portals to ensure item data and pricing accuracy.
• Identify root causes and solutions to operations related to customer deductions and pricing discrepancies.
• Work with suppliers to expand their offering with our Dot on Demand customers.
• Present Dot on Demand solution to small and medium customers.
• Help lead process improvement projects to improve overall Dot on Demand experience.
• Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.

YOU MUST HAVE

• High School Diploma or general equivalency degree
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Superior follow up skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong analytical skills
• Comfort with technology
• Great teamwork/collaborative skills

ROLE SPECIFICS

• Travel: 4-8 overnight travel per month. Must have ability to independently travel as needed, without restriction, by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train for customer/vendor calls, training, or meetings.
