Inside the Role

As a Creative Marketing Coordinator on the Aftermarket Integrated Marketing team, you will play a critical role in developing accurate, consistent and updated content. The position supports creative development, communications and other operational functions and projects for the aftersales solutions supporting the Freightliner, Western Star, and Thomas Build Buses brands. The creative marketing coordinator collaborates with various departments (Marketing Communications, Product Marketing, Training, New Truck Digital Marketing) along with agencies to ensure proper product and brand representation for ongoing marketing activities and campaigns.

Position offers a starting salary range of$58,000 - $75,000 USD

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, andexperience

What You Drive at DTNA

  • Actively contribute and be a part of exciting projects that drive the future within the Aftermarket organization
  • Create and produce visually engaging assets including graphics, animations, digital banners, collateral, digital display billboards, social media and video editing
  • Retouch digital product and photos
  • Maintain and enhance Aftermarket visual brand identity and image library
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate concepts and shape strategies
  • Work collaboratively with, and take direction from team members
  • Support written and video dealer communications.
  • Support ongoing digital asset and content management using a content management system (CMS) for a variety of digital platforms, including brand websites, mobile apps, and DTNA Portal. Ensure content accuracy, uniformity and perform quality assurance.
  • Manage CMS asset tags to ensure that assets are published to the correct platforms, including coordination with IT on overall tag management.
  • Provide daily monitoring of brand asset request form. Coordinate tracking all requests through completion.
  • Provide additional project management and support as needed for product launches, special projects, marketing programs and campaigns.

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree OR 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite. (Photoshop, IeDesign, Premiere Pro, Illustrator)
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess a high level of attention to detail with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Must have strong communications skills and be able to collaborate with internal and external agency partners.

Exceptional Candidates Might Have

  • 1 year of experience working in a marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using content management systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Umbraco.
  • Experience with Smartsheet.
  • Experience editing and creating videos.
