Production Supervisor

This position is responsible for the overall performance of the padmount, substation, and fabrication departments in regards to safety, quality, and productivity.

• Monitoring safety compliance of personnel.
• Monitoring quality standard compliance of personnel.
• Managing operation cost.
• Managing production schedules to ensure on time completion and delivery.
• Utilizing financial data to explain cost and create cost reduction opportunities.

• Seller history of working safely and leading others to do the same.
• Proven track record in leadership within a production environment.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement.
• Lean Manufacturing, 5S and Change Management.
• Proven track record with inventory management
• Strongly desires to transact our business with 100% accuracy.
• Read and execute work order instructions.
• Prior experience with hand and power tools.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude is a bonus.
• Prior welding and/or fabrication experience is a bonus.
