Job Duties: Senior Associate with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Salt Lake City, Utah. Lead discussions on business problems, identify opportunities for scalability, improve client experience, increase data insights and revenue generation through delivering quality solutions and help business sponsors reach informed decision on prioritization and overall benefits across Wealth Management. Ensure adherence to governance process with focus on continuous evaluation and improvement of strategy and BI approach, expansion of capabilities, upskilling of team members and help to react to overall business digitalization and automation needs through Embedded BI growth and Risk & Governance strategy. Communicating complex financial concepts to senior leadership while managing interaction with stakeholders across the division including partnership with Engineering to ensure solutions are delivered across to align with overall division strategy. Champion data driven culture by being hands-on with data modeling and coding to solve business problems. Enhance and enforce robust SDLC models for low code and high code solutions developed using Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, python, API's etc. Track prioritization and report progress on projects, adhering to solution delivery lifecycle by leading co-developers in setting goals, peer reviews and trainings. Drive the collection of new data and refinement of existing data sources. Identify and escalate systems and strategy performance issues or trends. Contribute to global Business Intelligence team functions in a capacity outside of business intelligence remit. Collaborate with other developers to share ideas and showcase outputs.

Job Requirements: Master's or Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related computational and analytical field and two (2) years of experience with a Master's degree or four (4) years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in the job offered or in a related role. Two (2) years of experience with a Master's or four (4) years of experience with a Bachelor's with the following: identifying opportunities for providing scalable solutions for business problems; execute Risk and governance strategy across the organization by implementing trainings and reviews; leading and executing data insights through various tools from Business Intelligence suite; end-to-end system design using a combination of low-code and high-code tools and programming language; utilizing programming languages such as Python and SQL; utilizing Alteryx and Tableau while building robust and efficient ETL pipelines; designing and implementing SDLC models across Business Intelligence tools; performing dimensional data modeling; working with APIs; utilizing Git, version control, unit testing, and industry standard documentation methods and modules in python including docstring and sphinx; holding and moderating technical conversations with technical and non-technical audience with the ability to break complex problems into easily digestible small bits; applying business intelligence tools to streamline processes for better customer experience; and managing project prioritization, code view, deployment, and post-production support.
