While the salary range is typically between $49,075 - $65,500 annually, applicants are encouraged to share compensation expectations as part of the application process. Caddell honors prior experience, education, and qualifications of applicants in order to make attractive and competitive offers. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities -Strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to handle conflicting tasks in a high-volume environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel, experience in payroll software preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, must be a self-starter with strong organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to critically analyze situations and recognize problem areas and identify steps for resolving these issues. Must be able to handle multiple payroll cycles.
