For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: http://www.levyrestaurants.com/who-we-are/ Job Summary The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely delivery of food, beverage, and paper stock throughout the venue. The Warehouse Supervisor will delegate tasks related to the maintenance of the warehouse including sweeping, mopping, and organizing storage areas. The Warehouse Supervisor will assist the Purchasing Manager with administrative duties including monthly inventory and data entry. The Warehouse Supervisor must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need. Essential Job Functions Supervises the work of others before, during, and after events enduring that the distribution of product is timely and accurate. Assists the Purchasing Manager in inventory control and physical monthly inventories. Attention to detail including company standard of inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and quality is required at all times. Responsible for rotating food products during the stocking process to ensure the freshest products are being served to guests. Required to be familiar with all food, beverage, and paper product supplies at the facility. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment. Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment. Ability to speak, read, and write in English. Ability to lift and transport up to 75 lbs. Walk and stands during entire shift. Frequently reaches, lifts, stoops, bends, and cleans to maintain service areas. Always on time and ready to perform all required duties. Job Requirements/Skills Must be at least 21 years of age Must have and maintain a valid Washington State Food Handlers Permit and Washington State Class 12 MAST Permit Apply to Levy today!
