We are developing new applications and platforms to unlock the GenAI-powered Content Supply Chain. As the Dir, Professional Services Architecture, you will lead and scale a bestinclass, Professional Services Architecture team, recruiting exceptional talent, defining architectural standards, and forging tight alignment with Product and Engineering. You will be instrumental in leading your team in translating innovative AI research into real-world use cases to unlock the capabilities of both first-party and third-party models, Adobe Firefly, GenStudio for Performance Marketing, and future products. This role requires deep technical and architectural expertise, the ability to lead enterprise clients and translate pioneering AI research into realworld impact. - Build & Develop a HighPerforming Architect Team: Recruit, onboard, and mentor Professional Services Architects with diverse technical backgrounds, including software engineering, machine learning, and systems architecture.
- Set Technical Vision & Standards: Define modular patterns, reusable frameworks, and architecture playbooks that drive consistency, scalability, and speed across all engagements.
- Define the Creative & Product CI/CD Vision: Chart the vision of a fully automated CI/CD pipeline for creative automation for our customers as well as a continuous product feedback loop.
- Champion Executive Engagement: Serve as executive sponsor on strategic accounts, ensuring our solutions solve the right problems and deliver measurable business value.
- Oversee Solution Delivery: Guide Professional Services Architects in designing, prototyping, and deploying enterprisegrade GenAI applications-balancing innovation with reusable assets and scalable patterns.
- Align with Core Teams: Partner with Adobe Product, Engineering, and Research to influence roadmaps, codevelop integrations, and deploy new features.
- Measure & Optimize Impact: Track team KPIs-timetovalue, technical reusability, and customer success metrics-and iterate on processes for continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- Seasoned Leader: 12+ years in solution architecture or technical consulting, including 5+ years managing and scaling highperformance teams in enterprise AI.
- GenAI & Platform Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of Adobe Firefly, Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Creative Cloud, GenStudio for Performance Marketing, Custom Models, Object Composite, and thirdparty AI models.
- Architectural Mastery: Proven track record designing and delivering largescale, enterprisegrade AI solutions-especially in content supply chain or marketing automation.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communicator who simplifies complex AI concepts for Csuite customers and influences strategic decisions.
- Talent Builder: Skilled in recruiting diverse, AInative architects; passionate about mentorship, career growth, and fostering crossteam collaboration.
- Product Partnership: Experience driving feedback loops, shaping product strategy, and translating customer insights into roadmap enhancements.
- CustomerCentric: Proven ability to lead client engagements in ambiguous, highstakes environments and deliver against tight business metrics.
- Academic Credentials: Bachelors in CS, Engineering, AI, or related field; Advanced degree a strong plus.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $205,600 -- $394,400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
