Traveling is required approximately 1 time per Q Meet the Team Cisco is seeking an experienced Learning Architect to join our Global Sales Enablement and Acceleration team. In this strategic role, you will be instrumental in developing a comprehensive sales readiness plan that aligns with our Global Sales Strategy and supports our salesforce throughout the fiscal year. Your Impact You are an experienced learning and development professional, with expertise in designing programs for sales professionals. You have a passion for simplifying complex technical solutions into engaging, accessible, and results-driven training that helps sellers articulate value, engage customers, and drive adoption. You find connection points and ensure continuity across messaging, content, and learning objectives. Your expertise in instructional design, multimedia storytelling, and sales readiness tools allows you to create high-quality, interactive content that enhances the seller experience and improves performance across Cisco's global sales organization. You conduct effective needs analysis on the business requirements and seller learning gaps, to define sales curriculum requirements and learning goals. You have experience in project managing learning programs and can communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Main Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the Global Events team to align the priorities from the annual GTM Growth plan into the Cisco Global Sales Experience (GSX) event * Align and integrate the learning plan from GSX into a sustainable framework for continuous sales learning throughout the Fiscal Year. * Develop engaging, results-driven training programs that simplify complex solutions, enhance the seller experience, and improve performance through interactive content, multimedia storytelling, and sales readiness tools. * Manage stakeholders by effectively engaging and collaborating with various internal and external partners to ensure alignment on program goals and deliverables. * Lead cross-functionally by coordinating and guiding diverse teams to achieve strategic objectives and drive program success. * Utilize tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, and video production software to develop compelling learning experiences. * Leverage AI-driven personalization, adaptive learning, and gamification to enhance seller engagement. * Experiment with new instructional design approaches and cutting-edge enablement technologies to create compelling learning experiences. * Define success measurement metrics, ensuring they align to the enablement strategy. * Stay up to date with Cisco's evolving sales strategies, latest innovations, and industry best practices to keep training programs fresh and relevant. * Collaborate with stakeholders, including sales leadership, product teams, and subject matter experts, to align training content with business objectives and sales strategies. * Manage external vendors and contractors, ensuring high-quality content and curriculum development. * Continuously innovate and explore new ways to engage sellers, ensuring training remains relevant, effective, and aligned with Cisco's sales strategy. Minimum Qualifications * 5-7+ years of experience in sales enablement, instructional design, or learning & development within a technology or SaaS organization. * Proficiency in instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Agile Learning) and adult learning principles. * Proven experience engaging with senior-level stakeholders, including the ability to build and maintain strong relationships, navigate complex organizational structures, and influence decision-making Preferred Qualifications * Hands-on experience with e-learning tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, Figma, etc.). * Expertise in sales enablement platforms (Highspot, Mindtickle, or similar) and LMS/LXP administration. * Prior experience in Cisco, Splunk, or a similar enterprise technology sales enablement environment. * Prior experience working on Sales Kickoffs * Familiarity with AI-powered sales coaching, conversational intelligence, and data-driven enablement. * Certifications in Instructional Design, Sales Enablement, AI-Driven Learning, or Learning & Development (CPLP, IDC, or equivalent). * Experience with learning analytics, training impact measurement, and performance coaching methodologies. #WeAreCisco #WeAreCisco where every individual brings their unique skills and perspectives together to pursue our purpose of powering an inclusive future for all.
