Job Description
  • Review, recommend, report, and implement programs to ensure that the project meets contractual obligationsand compliance issues.

  • Review files, and approve eligibility, suitability and vouchers.

  • Drive enrollments and participation from team.

  • Analyze processes and procedures to optimize performance and productivity.

  • Maintain knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations and policies related to welfare andworkforce programs.

  • Coordinate training activities to ensure that all operations staff are properly trained to implement projectactivities effectively.

  • Define and set operational goals and directing/delegating staff responsibilities to meet and/or exceed thesegoals.

  • Facilitate meetings with partners to promote full and frequent communication.

  • Review staff performance and recommend corrective action as needed.

  • Attend committee meetings.

  • Understand all technical aspects of the operation.

  • Participate in developmentand maintenance of standard operating procedures.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in management, organizational development,projectmanagement, business administration, or similar field is required.

  • Knowledge of workforce development programs (Workforce Investment Act/Workforce Innovation andOpportunity Act, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) is preferred.

  • Self-motivated and flexible team player with the ability to work with culturally diverse populations.

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, human resource management, and communication skills.

  • Experience organizing, planning, and developing program operations at a supervisory level.

  • Driver's license in good standing with validautomobile insurance.
