Apply now Job Summary Drexel University's Real Estate and Facilities department is seeking a qualified candidate to provide support to the Facilities Business Operations staff and serve as the Call Center Analyst. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting with call center and work order system operations. The Call Center Analyst will follow standard operating procedures to provide a high level of customer service to the university community. This position will also assist with routine data analysis and audits such as invoice review, entry, analysis and summary. This will aid point in time comparisons and projections for future years. Additional Information This is a Part-Time temporary position classified as Non-Exempt. The offered pay is based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
