  1. Direct and oversee all health plan enrollment functions. Serve as the primary sponsor and coordinator for all year-end AEP & OEP and conducting cyclical maintenance for all groups and members (including terminations, additions, and COB).
  2. Work with tower leads, external partners, and other stakeholders to effectively and efficiently coordinate all shared functions and customer deliverables, such as triggering and ensuring the timely delivery of all membership ID cards and plan correspondence.
  3. Ensure cross-functional collaboration and partnerships are developed and maintained in support of functional alignment. This includes reducing the silo mentality and cultivating a culture of teamwork and togetherness.
  4. Develop, define, and implement production, maintenance, continuous improvement, and use of all necessary management reports to support above activities.
  5. Plan, direct, evaluate, and improve department training and competencies in support of employee learning and growth.
  6. Plan, organize, and direct functions of the department (including operational planning, budgeting, and goal setting). This includes handling all aspects of personnel management such as:

    • Staffing
    • Staff development and training
    • Performance and salary assessments/reviews
    • Staff counseling and discipline
    • Employee relations


  7. Performs all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned or directed.
