What You'll Do Assist in financial activities within the organization, including financial statement preparation, transaction recording, tax compliance, and financial analysis. Functions: Prepare financial statements Record daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts Prepare and submit tax returns Analyze financial data Collaborate with other departments for accurate financial reporting Support budgeting and forecasting processes Assist in external audits Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Preferred Skills: CPA certification or in progress Experience with financial analysis and reporting Knowledge of industry-specific accounting standards Familiarity with ERP systems #zr
