*Description*
We are looking for a focused, self-motivated individual to join their team as an Admin Assistant with a strong emphasis on high-volume data entry. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, maintaining accuracy, and managing routine tasks with minimal supervision. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a task-driven environment and takes pride in delivering accurate and timely work. Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm w/ a 1 hour unpaid lunch Job Description: - Will be receiving "timesheets"/work orders/invoices explaining all of the work that was done for this customer - Transfer this information from a physical sheet of paper into an Excel spreadsheet, as this information doesn't pull from one end of their system to the other - Maintaining accuracy of invoices paid, correct billing codes, and all information to be sent to biller who will then verify and upload to the customer for payment - All information to be put into internal system with accuracy - On average, per week will be transferring 150-200 invoices - person must be able to pace themselves - High-volume data entry with speed and precision - Manage daily data input tasks and ensure records are accurate and up to date - Support the team with administrative functions as needed (scanning, document management, etc.) - Interact with Project Management team and Billing department - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines *Skills* Salesforce.com, Administration, Data entry, Data upload, Spreadsheets, Data loader, Desktop *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
