*Description*
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Appleton, WI. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for members, delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships over the phone in a dynamic, high-volume environment. *Key Responsibilities* * Provide outstanding service by answering inbound calls (75-125 daily) in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner. * Assist members with a wide range of inquiries including online/mobile banking, account balances, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, fraud concerns, and travel alerts. * Identify member needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services. * Perform account maintenance and resolve issues with accuracy and attention to detail. * Navigate multiple systems and applications (up to 4 simultaneously) to support member requests. * Participate in regular performance reviews and track daily metrics to ensure service goals are met. * Conduct and document at least 30 direct member engagement discussions per month. *Qualifications* * Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish). * Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or financial services environment. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. * Prior experience in the financial industry is a plus. *Skills & Competencies* * Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others. * Proficiency in navigating multiple software platforms. * Ability to manage time effectively and meet performance targets. * Team-oriented with a positive and adaptable attitude. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
