The Division of Gastroenterology is seeking a Senior Staff Research Scientist to join the Ordovas-Montanes Lab (Boston Children's Hospital). This lab specializes in understanding the principles of how inflammation drives memory formation in barrier tissues with the goal of developing new therapeutic avenues for human disease. This individual will help to lead a collaborative project to understand mucosal immunity to respiratory infection and vaccination. The candidate will work under the direct supervision of Dr. Jose Ordovas-Montanes and be responsible for managing a small team of Research Assistants and Data Scientists. This position offers an opportunity to develop leadership and management skills while working in an interdisciplinary environment with access to resources across Boston Children's Hospital and Harvard Medical School. This position is ideal for those individuals interested in advancing their careers in single-cell science with a focus on enabling, educating, and building leadership capacity. Key Responsibilities:
