Are you passionate about transforming data into actionable insights that drive business outcomes? Molex is seeking a Marketing Analyst, in this role you will play a critical role in leveraging statistical modeling, data integration, and visualization to inform marketing and pricing strategies.

What You Will Do

  • Apply statistical modeling techniques (e.g., regression, clustering, time series) to large datasets to generate business insights across pricing, marketing, and customer domains.
  • Analyze marketing performance and customer behavior to support campaign optimization, segmentation, and ROI tracking.
  • Create visualizations and publish dashboards that clearly communicate trends, performance, and opportunities to business stakeholders.
  • Integrate and structure data from CRM systems, digital platforms, and internal sources to support both operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, and IT.
  • Design and deploy analytical tools and applications that automate reporting and streamline data workflows.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging analytics technologies to enhance marketing and business strategies.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an analytics, marketing, or pricing-focused role, with demonstrated ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in R, Python, and SQL; experience working with Snowflake or other cloud data platforms.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Skilled in data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with statistical techniques including regression, clustering, time series forecasting, and A/B testing.
  • Experience with machine learning techniques and predictive modeling to enhance marketing and customer insights.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and customer journey mapping.

For this role, we anticipate paying $75,000 - $95,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
