Senior Program Analyst

JRAD is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to provide strategic and operational support to the MRDC CBRN Defense Coordinating Office (DCO). This position will serve as a key advisor and action officer, supporting planning, programming, coordination, and interagency engagement across the CBRN medical defense enterprise. The analyst will be expected to operate independently and collaboratively with government stakeholders in a dynamic, high-visibility mission environment.

Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise in CBRN medical defense program planning, analysis, and coordination
  • Support development of presentations, white papers, and data-driven decision support tools
  • Track and integrate inputs across DTRA JSTO, JPEO-CBRND, DHA, and USAMRDC stakeholders
  • Analyze POM cycles, PE budgeting, and program performance metrics
  • Facilitate interagency working groups, technical reviews, and transition planning activities
  • Support requirements documentation and governance processes (e.g., JCIDS, JCIBS) Provide senior-level technical and scientific expertise to support planning, execution, and evaluation of DoD-funded medical R&D programs.

Required Skills and Education:

  • Masters's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in defense health, CBRN programs, or science & technology policy
  • Strong understanding of DoD acquisition, JCIDS, and chemical/biological defense programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience briefing senior leaders
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving mission priorities

  • Active DoD Secret
