Customer Success Manager, OEMS Trading

A Customer Success Manager (CSM) plays a vital role in ensuring that our customer's fully leverage the value of the solutions purchased.

We are looking for a highly driven and enthusiastic professional to join our Order and Execution Management specialized team. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers in North America, helping them use our products to navigate the electronification of financial markets, meet regulatory requirements and run their trading business.

Role Overview:

  • Act as main point of contact for your portfolio of customers, ensuring transactions revenue grows for LSEG and we foster relationships with the buyside and their execution brokers.
  • Subject matter expert for LSEG's Trading solutions and EMS value proposition including fix network and trade reporting, in particular our products TORA, Redi, Workspace and Autex.
  • Execute product migrations, recreating Redi workflow an onboarding clients on LSEG Tora.
  • Demonstrate and educate customers on how to use our products, content, and technologies in a manner that is tailored to their specific workflow and use-case, both face-to-face and remotely.
  • Monitor usage, competitive landscape and any other relevant data to assess customer health and action retention plans to avoid cancellations.
  • Hold Business Reviews meetings with your client's senior level contacts to provide updates on product enhancements, market trends, flow, client connections and act as trusted advisor to them.
  • Coordinate across different stakeholders at LSEG in Sales, Product, Operations and Helpdesk teams to ensure a high level of customer service and provide insights on the requirements of our trading community to the business leaders.
  • Drive growth by expanding LSEG footprint through cross selling initiatives, you will identify leads for other LSEG products in your customer base.
  • Build, maintain and leverage strong relationships with business decision makers and users within each account to influence adoption.
  • Collect feedback on our EMS platform and pass along to product to apply any needed changes to market needs.
  • Work as a member of an exciting and talented Trading Customer Success team at a large global organization that powers financial markets.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • +10 years of securities industry experience in Capital Markets, preferably within Prime Brokerage or at EMS providers.
  • Experience in relationship management, sales, consulting, or other customer facing role.
  • Knowledge of electronic trading workflows and relevant technologies through the order life cycle (EMS, OMS, PMS, FIX)
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 (active)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships internally and externally. Experience facilitating customer meetings and presenting to an audience in a concise and inspirational manner.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to present both business and technical concepts, using data to make decisions, analyze trends, simplify and solve problems
  • Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and rapidly- changing market.
  • Highly organized, self-starter, positive and results oriented

Compensation/Benefits Information:

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $111,900 - $186,500. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
