How you will make history here...

Leads the development and coordination of strategies, financial objectives, plans and risk & opportunities across the $1B Rao's and Michael Angelo's portfolio, with primary responsibility for forecasting, analyzing, and evaluating financial plans and budgets. Leads the development of the Strategic and Annual Operating Plans by coordinating across the Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Insights and Sales organizations to develop realistic plans for the Distinctive Brands category. Accountable for the analysis of financial aspects of major business initiatives, including the economic viability of investments. Provides analyses of performance versus operating budgets/prior year and presents overall financial results, using this information to drive decisions.

Partner with the Distinctive Brands cross functional leadership team providing key financial insight and leadership in running the business and managing overall P&L

What you will do...

  • Lead interactions with Finance and Business stakeholders to provide insightful, timely and accurate updates and recommendations around:
    • Ongoing financial performance, trends and KPIs
    • Financial R&Os
    • Financial plans and projections
    • Predictive Analytics
    • Strategic projects and Financial investments
    • Ad hoc business analytics
  • Act as divisional liaison / functional expert for core processes including providing process review and suggested improvements and key KPI benchmarks
  • Present Monthly and Quarterly business updates to Distinctive Brands Leadership team
  • Lead interactions with M&B Planning and Analytics team to provide guidance and assist in prioritizing business requests
  • Participate in development and training initiatives for broader FP&A team
  • Manage financial planning & reporting over new initiatives and innovation pipeline requiring complex modeling of outcomes at times with limited data references
  • Seamlessly manage competing priorities in a fast and high-pressured matrixed environment
  • Coordinate and communicate fluidly and proactively across all levels of cross functional leadership
  • Manage financial planning & reporting over complex $1B diverse category

What you will bring to the table... (Must Have)

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 8+ years finance experience
  • Highly motivated individual with proven track record of ability to positively impact business results
  • Experience in a highly matrixed organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Outstanding analytical abilities and strong interpersonal skills required

It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)

  • MBA or CPA preferred
  • CPG related experience with some Brand/Sales experience

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$123,700-$177,800

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
