How you will make history here... Leads the development and coordination of strategies, financial objectives, plans and risk & opportunities across the $1B Rao's and Michael Angelo's portfolio, with primary responsibility for forecasting, analyzing, and evaluating financial plans and budgets. Leads the development of the Strategic and Annual Operating Plans by coordinating across the Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Insights and Sales organizations to develop realistic plans for the Distinctive Brands category. Accountable for the analysis of financial aspects of major business initiatives, including the economic viability of investments. Provides analyses of performance versus operating budgets/prior year and presents overall financial results, using this information to drive decisions. Who you will work with... Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $123,700-$177,800Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
