Operations Project Specialist - Tampa, FL - Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
The Project Specialist will work with the Operations Team to support day-to-day needs integral to successful business operations. The incumbent will be responsible for collaborating with multiple stakeholders within Pack Health. This includes special projects and assignments as needed. Pay Range: $58,656+ per year Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation. - Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all levels of the organization, including peers and senior leadership.
- Responsible for reconciling month-end accounts payable and accrual process with Quest Accounting & Finance Team.
- Point-of contact for vendor relations and set-ups to include the process between new vendors and internal stakeholders as it relates to SSR, SOW and MSA coordination.
- Manages month-end invoicing for Pack Health. Coordinate among the Quest QBS Billing Department, the Quest Non-Claims Billing Department, and internal Pack Health Teams: Data, Client Service, Product, Studios, and Project Management, to ensure appropriate billing for active projects.
- Project support to include: determining status of enrolled members per project, invoicing and accounts payable per milestones listed in contracts, and reporting for various research sites and Project Investigators.
- Oversight of state and local incentive programs requiring monthly reporting of data and completion of annual compliance reporting.
- Responsible for handling all vendors and billing questions related to accounts payable.
- Resolve customer service issues and manage process for membership eligibility.
- Support the Operations Team with projects and related activities such as: scheduling and facilitating meetings, entering and updating work requests, formatting and creating documents.
- Assist with and support ongoing operational efforts and projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS Required WorkExperience:
- 3 - 5 years in Operations & Logistics and/or Healthcare Operations Management
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Products
- Experience working with stakeholders at all levels across an organization
Preferred Work Experience:
- Project management and/or leadership experience
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Ability to read small print.
- Requires mobility of arms to reach and dexterity of hands to grasp and manipulate small objects.
- Performs lifting, pushing and/or pulling which does not exceed 25 pounds and is an infrequent aspect of the job.
Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Products, and Outlook
Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills both written and oral.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects / relationships simultaneously.
- Strong time management and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree(Required) Master's Degree
