Position Purpose |
The Commencement and Reunion (C&R) Housing staff will work in teams to provide a wide variety of services to guests using Dartmouth housing during Dartmouth's Commencement and Reunions period. Duties include greeting and assisting guests, room preparation and basic housekeeping, deliveries, troubleshooting and emergency assistance if required. Temporary, part-time position, June 2025. |
Required Qualifications |
- Graduating Dartmouth students only.
- Must be able to represent the College in a mature, responsible and pleasant manner.
- Must be able to carry up to 40lbs.

- Prepare and clean rooms for Commencement and Reunion guests.
- Assist the building custodians with the preparation of public and common-use areas in the buildings used for Commencement and Reunion program guests.
- Greet guests as they arrive in the residence halls.
- Distribute, collect, and catalog room keys.
- Serve as a problem-solver and trouble-shooter for guests with questions or concerns.
- Report suspicious activities or behavior to the proper authorities.
- Respond quickly and effectively to all emergencies.
- Deliver requested supplies or items to buildings or guests' rooms.
- Be a resource for Alumni with questions regarding Reunion or housing.
- Represent the College in a mature, responsible and pleasant manner.
