As an entry level engineer, you will ensure that Integer's internal and external customer expectations are met or exceeded with the direction, instruction and guidance from more experienced engineers and managers in your organization. Accountabilities:

Requirements: * You have earned, as a minimum, a bachelor's degree in an engineering or related technical field and have between 0-3 years of experience. * Candidates who do not meet the education requirement may be considered with 5+ years of relevant experience. Required Skills: * You demonstrate a solid technical aptitude with the ability to be an effective contributor to a team or produce results of a technical nature as an individual. * You demonstrate a competencies in both written and oral communications. * You maintain a calm demeanor that transcends the high energy, constantly changing production environment. * You possess a positive, can-do attitude with an underlying belief that failure is not an option. * Experience with statistical tools like Minitab and performing MSA's is a plus. * Responsible for analytical method development, establishing systems, and driving executions of those systems to provide accurate analytical data to customers. * Strong analytical method development background, specifically for complex instruments like IC, ICP, XRD, Micro CT scanning and FESEM * Responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration of the analytical service group's instruments to ensure compliance with the lab quality plan.
