The primary focus for the Logistics Analyst II/Product Operations Specialist will be ensuring product items ordered by company customers and affiliates are gathered, documented, shipped, and tracked properly. Documentation and QA activities involve both inbound and outbound items. Some internal tracking of product repair and service work will be required. Develop and prepare management reporting requirements related to overall product and freight spending and savings, communicating all deliverables directly to stakeholders.

Product Operations
- Product serial number tracking and product data entry
- Salesforce case management
- Quality Assurance reporting for outbound product shipments
- Assembling ordered product in product boxes
- Shipping label creation, shipment boxing and shipper communications
- As-needed communications with collaborating device manufacturers
- Electrode kits labelling
- Warranty data entry
- Fabrication Operations (managing daily fabrication/assembly tracker, repair case receipt, triage, and communications as needed)
- Assist with loaner and evaluation equipment tracking
- Support remote sales team members with equipment requests and shipping
- Contribute to evolution of operations procedures and procedure documentation
- Handle some inbound support calls and online meetings with Coapt customers.
- Entry of clinical and technical support detail into existing quality management job-ticketing systems, including periodic self- and team-log audits.
- Assist with testing, Quality Assurance documentation, and general preparation of product and repair shipments.
- Periodically analyze and report on procedural and operational issues to a broader team.
- Assist with maintenance of work instruction and other QA procedure documentation.
- Identify and communicate product issues to the engineering team, collaborating with the engineers to improve the speed and quality of the products produced.
- Participate in customer support log audits with internal team.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum
- Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Supply Chain Management
- 3 years' experience in data analysis
Additional Success Factors
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of major carriers to include small parcel and LTL
- Knowledge of Supply Chain process utilizing all modes of transportation
- Technical documentation and ticketing software (e.g. JIRA, Salesforce)
- Exposure to, and experience with, verification and validation duties under a Quality Management System
- Exposure to the field of Prosthetics and Orthotics is an asset
Pay range of $55,000 -$69,800 + benefits. This pay range is posted to comply with Illinois Law. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
