Position Summary: Pacira is seeking a dynamic Associate Director, Omnichannel/Change Management to drive the successful adoption and optimization of Veeva CRM across all three brands. This role will be pivotal in aligning commercial strategies, enhancing customer engagement, and ensuring seamless integration of omnichannel capabilities within the organization. The ideal candidate will be a change agent, responsible for guiding teams through CRM transformation, optimizing user adoption, and enabling data-driven decision-making. Pay Transparency The base pay range for this role is $141,200- $194,150 per year. The range is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role. The range considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: geographic markets, business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and certifications.
