Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Manager, Product and Portfolio (Human Resources (HR) Program Manager - Onboarding III) Job Duration: 6 Months Location: Bellevue, WA Overland Park, Kansas or Frisco, TX (Onsite) Responsibilities: Cross-functional collaboration: Work with legal, risk, operations, and business teams to ensure compliance is integrated into processes. Tool & System Use: Utilize compliance software, regulatory databases, and internal systems for tracking and reporting. Policy & Procedure Work: Draft, update, or review compliance policies and procedures to ensure alignment with current regulations. Training & Guidance: Provide compliance guidance to business units or assist in developing training materials. Audit & Documentation: Prepare for internal or external audits by organizing documentation and evidence of compliance. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve compliance issues or incidents, including root cause analysis and corrective actions. Reporting: Compile compliance reports for management or regulatory bodies. Regulatory Research: Investigate new or changing regulations and assess their impact on the organization. Preferred background/prior work experience: Legal/Business/Governmental Regulatory and/or Compliance. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required. We're not seeking an industry expert, but someone with a foundational understanding of regulatory or compliance programs. Technology Requirements: Microsoft Suite (Excel/PPT/Word/Outlook). Priority soft skills: Attention to detail, critical thinking, communication skills, and organizational skills.
