ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Develops Enthusiastically Satisfied Customers All of the Time
  • Welcomes and connects with every customer.
  • Demonstrates "just say yes" behavior by taking care of customer needs.
  • Maintain team morale, store environment and address areas of attention
  • Develop Team Members, nurture their development as retail leaders in the store, continue their coffee education and recognize achievements and give constructive feedback
  • Complete tasks including placing orders and meeting required deadlines for paperwork
  • Manage inventory and accountable for pars and stocking
  • Enforce health and safety procedures
  • Ensure Ladro coffee excellence, model and inspire profound service in maintain a great store environment.
  • Ensures all cash handling and cash register policies are trained and followed.
  • Ensures all company policies, store operating standards, and procedures are communicated effectively, maintained, and followed in a consistent manner.
  • Performs and directs others to complete cleaning and operational tasks.
  • Ensures the proper types and amounts of materials, supplies and merchandise are ordered and stocked.
  • Effectively communicates new products and menu information to the employees.
  • Takes Responsibility to Learn All Aspects of the Lead Barista Position
  • Acts as a role model while providing guidance and training to the employees on all the performance expectations.
  • Ensures the employees adhere to the meal and break policies.
  • Demonstrates and ensures all Ladro' standards are followed.
  • Communicates store and associate concerns to the Food & Beverage Manager in an effective manner.
  • Successfully completes and implements Ladro Store Training.
  • Coach and facilitate ongoing training for new baristas.
  • Train and develops the employees to demonstrate Ladro customer service standards and operating procedures.
