- Business Systems Consultant I: $74,000 - $95,000, plus annual bonus opportunity
- Business Systems Consultant II: $84,500 - $110,000, plus annual bonus opportunity
- Business Systems Consultant III: $97,000 - $125,000, plus annual bonus opportunity

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Consult and advise on organizational change initiatives, from planning through implementation, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives in collaboration with Workplace Solutions Agile Release Train Leadership.
- Create and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans, communicating the impacts and benefits of change to ensure consistent messaging and transparency with stakeholders.
- Support reinforcement activities to ensure the adoption of change initiatives.
- Lead and support culture and engagement activities in alignment with Mutual of Omaha's and Workplace Solutions' culture and values.
- May provide internal communications support for the broader business unit, as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in change management, internal communications and/or adjacent roles.
- Strong communicator and storyteller with excellent verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills; able to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Proficient in M365 tools with basic graphic design and video editing experience; highly creative and confident in writing and editing.
- Skilled in relationship building, influencing stakeholders, and being a trusted partner; experienced in navigating change and driving continuous improvement.
- Adaptable, organized, and detail-oriented with strong critical thinking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills; able to see both details and the big picture.
- Demonstrates ideal team player traits: humble, hungry, and people smart, with the ability to handle sensitive, confidential information professionally.
- You help promote a culture of diversity and inclusion within the department and the larger organization. You value different ideas and opinions. You listen courageously and remain curious in all that you do.
- Ability to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:
- Experience with visual and content editing + creation tools (i.e., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Vimeo, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
- Preferred certifications in Prosci Change Management, Certified Change Management Professional, or a similar certification focused on change management and/or internal communications.
- Preferred knowledge of insurance products, the insurance industry, and business operation procedures and practices.
- Preferred experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
